Local Business Shout Out
Last week, I found a nail in one of my tires and brought it in at Tire Crew on Benton Road (close to Wemple). I had been there once before, six months ago. When I walked in, one of the employees immediately recognized me from my last visit and greeted me. They had me in and out quickly with an affordable tire repair. Check them out if you need a new tire! We are blessed with many great local businesses.
Do you anticipate buying and/or selling a home in the next 2 years? |

Highlights
I-20 Traffic Swap in Bossier City
On the nights of Wednesday, February 5th and Thursday, February 6th, traffic will be swapped on I-20 eastbound from the outside travel lanes to the newly constructed inside lanes from the Red River Bridge (beginning lane closure area) to just east of Hamilton Road.
This swap will require intermittent full closures of I-20 eastbound beginning at 8:00pm each night to allow the contractor to move the concrete barriers to begin the demolition and removal of the remaining outside lanes in the eastbound direction as part of Phase 3.
The interstate will be re-opened each morning by 6:00am, though the intermittent closures are anticipated to be conducted in brief intervals.

Deen Point Road Closure
Residents that use Deen Point Road will need to take an alternate route for ten days while work crews make necessary repairs on the road.
Starting Monday, parish contractors are scheduled to repair the roadway from the intersection of Veterans Parkway to Wyche Road. The closure is needed to complete road construction on Deen Point Road.
The roadway is scheduled to reopen on Wednesday, February 12.
